How did my name get on the site without my permission?
Here at Agent Score Report LLC, we just love to brag about how our ratings are sourced straight from our independent insurance agent community. Thanks to some nifty laws, we can showcase these profiles without even having to lift a finger and ask for permission. How convenient, right?
I want my name removed? How do I do this?
Oh, how generous of us! Your profile will remain untouched as long as you have a valid license and/or outstanding debt. No need to worry about meeting both requirements to maintain your precious profile. How lucky you are to have such lenient rules in place.
Ok, so how do I get my score report updated?
(1) Have you managed to settle the debt before it was brought to our attention? (2) Have you fully paid off the debt or are you currently making payments towards it? If your answer is yes to either of these questions, please contact our help desk with the necessary documentation at admin@agentscorereport.com. Don't stress, we won't kick you off the platform just because you owe a bit of money. Just be sure to keep us informed and we'll gladly work with you to ensure your profile remains in good standing. Oh, and if you're feeling ambitious, you can always boost your score by asking your clients and agents to leave you a review. Because who doesn't love begging for validation, am I right?
How do you ensure accurate ratings on the site?
Here at Agent Score Report LLC, we just love to brag about how our ratings are sourced directly from our independent insurance agent community. Before you even think about submitting a review, we demand to see proof of any outstanding 'commission related debt'(s). We kindly request that you grace us with the pleasure of uploading any documentation or proof of the alleged debt with each submission. It would simply be too much to handle if you were to forget such a crucial step. We take our honesty, integrity, and accuracy very seriously when it comes to showcasing 'commission related debt' (commission) on our site. So, don't you worry, your rating is definitely accurate!
Can I sue Agent Score Report LLC for a review about me?
To date, no one has followed through with a lawsuit against us for our reviews. The law protects Agent Score Report LLC from legal responsibility for the content submitted by our users, like the reviews that appear on our site. Specifically, the Communications Decency Act of 1996 (47 U.S.C. Sec. 230) provides a federal immunity to interactive computer services such as Agent Score Report LLC from liability based on information provided by another information content provider such as our users. The FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) applies only to the collection of debt incurred by a consumer primarily for personal, family, or household purposes. It does not apply to the collection of corporate debt or debt owed for business or agricultural purposes. For more information visit: https://www.ftc.gov/legal-library/browse/rules/fair-debt-collection-practices-act-text Additionally, The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) does not cover the collection of business, trade, and commercial credit reports. This protection does not extend to purely commercial transactions. Debts related to commissions are considered commercial in nature, rather than consumer. Therefore, unless you pay off your debt, we are not obligated to remove and or change your rating. The law is clear on this. Anyone who wishes to sue Agent Score Report LLC for the reviews posted by our members risks penalties imposed by the court. These may include financial sanctions and reimbursement of our attorney's fees for our having to defend against a lawsuit that ignores obvious legal protections for Agent Score Report LLC.
I want to sue Agent Score Report LLC for defamation?
At Agent Score Report LLC, we take defamation very seriously. All of our ratings are submitted by our independent insurance agent community. We require documentation for outstanding 'commission related debt' before a review can be submitted. If your outstanding 'commission related debt' remains negative with no repayment plans, communication, or intention to pay, then it does not fall under the umbrella of defamation. If you believe that your rating is incorrect, please provide verifications from the carrier holding the debt, dated within the last 7 days, showing the correct balances. We will then update your agent score report accordingly. If you still believe this is defamation, make sure you understand the key elements involved. To establish a case of defamation, you must prove the false statement, publication or communication to a third party, fault or negligence on the part of the defendant, and damages to your reputation. Just a friendly reminder: defamation claims are subject to statutory time limits. So, don't wait too long to take action! Remember, relevant law allows us to post information about independent insurance agents. So, let's keep it honest and fair out there!
I want to sue Agent Score Report LLC for Tortures interference!
Any listing on Agent Score Report LLC is required to provide any documentation or proof of the alleged debt with each submission, ensuring accuracy and truth. This serves as a clear indication that the debtor has neglected their financial responsibilities. Submitters also have the right to protect their own interests by reporting outstanding debts to Agent Score Report LLC. If you suspect that your rating review is incorrect, please utilize the red flag icon to submit a review request or reach out to our admin team directly at admin@agentscorereport.com. We will reassess you're rating within 30 days of the error being brought to our attention. Remember, accuracy is key when it comes to your financial reputation! If you still feel this is a tortious interference, please ensure the following: The elements of a claim for tortious interference with a business relationship or contract are: (1) a business relationship or contract; (2) the defendant's knowledge of the relationship or contract; (3) the defendant's intentional or improper action taken to prevent a contract formation, procure a contractual breach, or terminate a business relationship; (4) a lack of privilege; and (5) resulting damages. Byrne v. Univ. Hosps ., 8th Dist. Cuyahoga Additionally, The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) does not cover the collection of business, trade, and commercial credit reports. This protection does not extend to purely commercial transactions. Debts related to commissions are considered commercial in nature, rather than consumer. Therefore, unless you pay off your debt, we are not obligated to remove and or change your rating. The law is clear on this. How are you able to post my debt? Is that illegal per FCRA?
The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) does not cover the collection of business, trade, and commercial credit reports. This protection does not extend to purely commercial transactions. Debts related to commissions are considered commercial in nature, rather than consumer. Therefore, unless you pay off your debt, we are not obligated to remove and or change your rating, as relevant laws allow. In other words, The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) conveniently excludes business, trade, and commercial credit reports from its protection. So, if you happen to owe money related to commissions, tough luck! Your debt is considered commercial, not consumer, so we have no obligation to adjust your report unless you cough up the cash. Isn't that just lovely?
Does the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Cover Business Debts?
No, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act applies only to consumer debts, such as mortgages, credit cards, car loans, student loans, and medical bills.
Does the FDCPA apply to commercial collections?
The FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) applies only to the collection of debt incurred by a consumer primarily for personal, family, or household purposes. It does not apply to the collection of corporate debt or debt owed for business or agricultural purposes. For more information visit: https://www.ftc.gov/legal-library/browse/rules/fair-debt-collection-practices-act-text and an overview handbook here: https://www.federalreserve.gov/boarddocs/supmanual/cch/fairdebt.pdf
This debt is old shouldn't it technically “fall off” after a certain period?
AGENT SCORE REPORT LLC is not subject to the limitations imposed on the credit reporting agencies. The Fair Credit Reporting Act is federal legislation that governs consumer credit reports. It contains many safeguards for consumers relating to outdated or erroneous items in the report. The protection does not extend to a purely commercial transaction. The collection of business, trade, and commercial credit reports are not covered by FCRA. Agent Score Report LLC reports only commission-related debit balances. Commission-related debts are by their nature commercial and not consumer. Thus, AGENT SCORE REPORT LLC reports deal with commercial and not consumer transactions and does not have the requirement to delete old matters.
How far back can a debt report go?
In commercial debt cases, there is no specific law or statute of limitations dictating the time frame within which debts can be reported, posted and / or reclaimed. However, the length of time that has passed may play a significant role in determining the ability to recover funds owed.

I filed for bankruptcy, and my debt was discharged. Why is it on here?
Bankruptcy is a legal process that relieves debtors of their liability for a debt, but it does not erase the debt itself. Even with a personal guaranty, the debtor failed to personally satisfy the debt to the creditor as promised. Bankruptcy serves as undeniable evidence of this failure. Remember folks, bankruptcy may wipe the slate clean, but it doesn't make the debt disappear!
I filed for bankruptcy, and my debt was discharged and paid off by a third party, can it be removed?
In regard to commercial debt, we are not obligated to remove it without request and verification. However, upon your request and verification, we can clear the debt and adjust your agent score report. It is important to note that we cannot prevent claims from being filed if you have breached a contract and failed to adhere to the repayment agreement.
